Target group
This 2-year-long course is open for migrants and refugees, which are at the legal school-age (*In Hamburg generally 11 years of school or until they are 18 years old.) and whose knowledge of German is not strong enough to start a job-training yet. The residency status is of no importance.
Admission requirements
To be admitted into this course, you will have to have a consultation with the Informationszentrum des Hamburger Instituts für Berufliche Bildung (IZ-HIBB)*.
Graduation:
There is the possibility to do the two German final examinations of “eESA” and “MSA”, when the overall performance in school and internship are sufficient.
